High-conflict separation doesn't end when you walk out the door. The legal battle, the hostile texts, the kids caught in the middle-it keeps coming. Year One™ is a 10-week group coaching program that helps you stay functional, informed, and strategic while you're still in the thick of it.

If you're in the first year of high-conflict separation, you already know that.
He's still controlling the situation—through your kids, through the courts, through a text at 11pm that hijacks your entire nervous system.
You need more than emotional support. You need to understand how the legal system works, why your body is reacting the way it is, and how to communicate in a way that protects you.
That's what Motion to Rise was built for.

Stacy Bednar is a licensed psychotherapist (MA, LPCC) and a survivor of high-conflict separation. She brings clinical depth and lived experience to every session—not a certification course and a script.
Year One™ cohorts are limited to 6–10 women. You're not anonymous. You're known, tracked, and supported by people going through the same phase of the same thing.
This isn't about processing your feelings. It's about learning how the legal system works, how to communicate under pressure, and how to stop letting his chaos run your life.
We don’t teach willpower.
We don’t teach positivity.
We don’t ask you to “just try harder.”
We teach you to stay regulated when life doesn’t cooperate.
We teach you how to communicate without escalation.
We teach you how to stop internalizing chaos that isn’t yours.
We teach you how to rediscover your voice, your clarity, and your power.
We teach you the skills to stand up in life, in relationships, and in courtrooms.
We teach you to RISE.
